What is palliative care?

Palliative care is support for people living with a serious illness. The aim is to improve comfort and quality of life by supporting day-to-day wellbeing, routines and dignity. It can be provided alongside medical treatment and may change over time as needs evolve.

Our role: Practical, compassionate home support — working in line with the agreed care plan and professional guidance.

  3. Care plan — agreed tasks, visit schedule, communication, and safety considerations
  4. Care begins — with gentle support and regular reviews as needs change
